Bio-medical waste is collected under 4 separate colour coded bags from the Health Care Facilities on a daily basis. The HCFs are tagged to dedicated routes that are further mapped with the CBWTF for processing.

Synergy Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. runs a strong fleet of over 150 vehicles covering more than 17000 kms per day across routes and locations.

The Bio-medical waste is unloaded with the help of color coded trollies. The trollies are further routed to the respective section of the plant.

Our vehicles are put through a thorough Hypo Chloride disinfection process post every unload at the plant.

Color Coded bags go in for treatment under different units as per segregation and type of treatment.

Yellow bags are fed into the incinerator for treatment and disposal through autoclaving or microwaving/ hydroclaving followed by shredding or mutilation or combination of sterilization and shredding.

Red bags are fed into the autoclave for autoclaving or microwaving/hydroclaving followed by shredding or mutilation of sterilization and shredding. Treated waste is sent to registered or authorized recyclers.

Blue bags are put through disinfection (by soaking the washed glass waste after cleaning with detergent and Sodium Hypochlorite treatment) or through autoclaving or microwaving or hydroclaving and then sent for recycling.

Entire water utilization in the treatment facility is treated through Effluent Treatment Plant before releasing it into the sewerage stream.
